Running Experience and Accomplishments: Jeanette began running at age 30 to help in her quest to kick a 15-year smoking habit. She couldn't run a mile. Ten years and too many races to count (of just about every distance including 13 marathons) later, she is now chasing PRs at 40, including her goal of a sub 3 hour marathon. Jeanette can identify with just about every runner, having developed from a 5:30+ back of the pack marathoner to a PR 3.06 and everything in between.
Favorite.... place to run: "The Towpath from Georgetown with my running buddies." (Where she lives out her motto: "If you can't be fast, be fabulous.")
