Mother's Day 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk

The race will benefit Suited for Change.  Suited for Change is a charity program designed to help low income women gain careers skills to gain entry into the workforce.  **Do you have a suit to donate?!  There will be a bin at the race site to collect donations for Suited for Change!**

The race starts and finishes at the picturesque National Conference Center in Lansdowne, VA. Bring your family for a great event to honor Moms. Each mom finishing the race will be given a flower. There is also a one mile fun run for those not wishing to run 5K.  All preregistered runners will be given a commemorative technical short sleeve t-shirt. Food and prizes following the race. 

There will be awards to the top 3 overall males and females and to the top 3 males and females in age categories in the 5k: 14&under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75&over.
