Running Experience and Accomplishments:Running Experience and Accomplishments: Chris was a sprinter and pole vaulter during his HS career and has served as a Sprint Coach at WT Woodson HS since 2004. A VHSL Certified Coach, Chris plans on continuing his coaching education with the USATF Level 1 coaching course this Fall. Chris has completed the MCM twice and is going for three times.... Chris claims that at 5'10" and 200 lbs, he is "not your typical distance runner; he uses the Galloway method for his distance training and races to stay injury free.

Running Experience and Accomplishments:Running Experience and Accomplishments: Karissa played four years of high school soccer for Hayfield Secondary and fourteen years of travel soccer for various club teams. She briefly played college soccer and is currently studying Athletic Training, with hopes of pursuing a career in Physical Therapy. Although she only viewed running as a punishment in her earlier days she is slowly getting more into the sport and would eventually like to run a marathon.

Running Experience and Accomplishments: Running Experience and Accomplishments: Nikeya is currently competing in Track & Field at the international level, specializing in the 800M and the occasional 1500M. She was the US 2007 Indoor National 800M Champion. While competing collegiately at Wake Forest, Nikeya was a two-time ACC Champion and six-time All-American. She has an 800M personal best of 2:02 and is really looking forward to breaking 2:00 for 800M.

Favorite....racing memory: "I have two favorite racing memories. The first was breaking the Virginia AAA 800 Meter State Record in the prelims and then breaking my own record in the finals at state championships while competing for Hayfield High School. My second one was winning my first ACC Championship Indoors in the 800 meters for Wake Forest"

Running Experience and Accomplishments: As a local high school athlete at Lake Braddock Secondary School, Steve was the 3200m State Champion. He continued running collegiately at the College of William and Mary. He has since returned to be a Cross Country and Track coach at Lake Braddock, and currently can frequently be found racing on the local roads. Steve is an assistant with the PR Training Programs High School Summer Program.

Running Experience and Accomplishments: Dan competed for four years of track and three years of cross country in High school. He currently attends George Mason University where he is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering hoping to commission in the Air Force. He continues to run for fitness and hopes to run a half marathon before he finishes college.
