Christian Richards

Hometown: Wickford, RI

Ann Dunn

Hometown: Atlanta, GA

Running Experience and Accomplishments:  Ann started running on a whim to avoid studying during a collegiate semester at Oxford University. Years later, with dimly lit school libraries behind her, Ann still loves running and has raced distances ranging from 5Ks to marathons and completed her first half ironman this summer. Though she loves swimming and cycling, when it comes to competing in triathlons, Ann always looks forward to the run! In an effort to promote a healthy lifestyle and prove that running is a sport for everyone, Ann recently helped coach a group of clients at the rehab center she worked for to run in the 2011 Houston half marathon and marathon.

Favorite....Place to run: The Texas Hill Country (But only in the January when it's below 100 degrees!).

Josh Connell

Hometown: Clear Lake City, TX

Running Experience and Accomplishments:  Josh started racing middle distance and cross country in high school, and continued running recreationally in college. He has raced everything from the 800 to the half marathon and has absolutely no intention of going any further than that on the road. Despite frequent trysts with cycling, he always comes back to running and is happiest on a slushy spring trail run.

Favorite....Quote: It never gets easier, you just go faster

Margaret O'Connor

Hometown: Seattle, WA

Running Experience and Accomplishments:  Margaret started running recreationally while interning in Washington, DC and providing moral support for a friend in training camp. She ran her first race and half marathon in 2006. Since then she has completed runs from 5Ks up and ran her first marathon in June 2011. She had such a good time that she'll be training for another this coming spring!

Favorite....Quote: Relax, it's just running. Of course it can be the most intoxicating, captivating, meaningful part of your life. But it's still just running. Nobody's making you do it, and you're not going to save the world doing it. So find what you enjoy about running, and then follow your bliss.

Wendi Robinson

Hometown: Danville, IN

Running Experience and Accomplishments: Wendi discovered she had a knack for distance running in 8th grade (after an unsuccessful attempt to be a sprinter on the middle school track team). She competed at Danville High School, and was the 2005 Indiana State Champ in the 1600, running 4:54. Wendi continued to compete in track and cross country at Indiana University, where she was a team captain, 5x NCAA qualifier, and an All-American in Cross Country in 2008, placing 28th. While finishing her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology this past year she began road racing, and ran 1:18 at the Indianapolis Mini Marathon in May.

Favorite....Place to Run: Roosevelt Island and Mt Vernon Trail

Amanda Filiberto

Hometown: Northport, NY

Running Experience and Accomplishments: Amanda started running in 7th grade because her older sisters told her to. She didn't start taking it seriously until high school, when she morphed into a 3 season runner. She ran anywhere from the 200 to the 5K, was a team captain junior and senior year, and held 12 school records when she graduated. Amanda went on to compete in track and cross country at Brown University, and attained a degree in Human Biology. She hopes to run the NYC marathon in the future.
