High School & Youth

 All four owners and the majority of the =PR= staff competed in track and cross country throughout high school. =PR= owners Brendan and Margie have a combined 25 seasons coaching at the high school level in Northern Virginia, while many other =PR= managers and staff still coach and work as meet officials throughout the area. We are excited to support the great tradition of cross country and track and field in Virginia, Maryland and DC. Some of our initiatives include:

  • Proceeds from the Potomac River Running Twilight 4-Miler in June fund the =PR= Award for Excellence, our annual scholarship for one male and one female student-athlete based on their contributions in the classroom, to their team and to their community.   • Part of the proceeds from sales of our VIP Club memberships go directly back to the schools in the form of meet sponsorships throughout the year.
  • We offer a standing 10% discount in the stores for high school athletes and have in-store team events prior to each Track & Field and Cross Country season with additional discounts and promotions.
