About 20 dill pickle slices
1 egg, beaten
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
1. Dry pickles with a paper towel and lay on a rack to dry further.
2. Beat egg in a small bowl and set aside. Add flour to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add bread crumbs to another bowl and season as well.
3. Dip pickles in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Make sure to coat completely and shake off excess between each. Lay on rack and repeat until all pickle slices are coated.
4. Heat oil to 350-375 and, in batches, fry until golden. Great with ranch or any other creamy dip!
