The feet and toes should not be neglected when it comes to exercise and physical fitness. The feet and toes are a complex network of bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tissues, and nerves that endures constant pressure and stress, making them susceptible to pain from injuries and general wear and tear.
On June Aug 17th, Join =PR= DC and Dr. Monique Rolle of Lansdowne Podiatry for a Foot & Toe Stretching Exercises Clinic devoted to general foot and toe health fitness. During this clinic, you will learn how to easily identify the early warning signs of general foot and toe deficiencies that could lead to injury and sideline your fitness routine. A range of foot and toe strengthening, flexibility, and massaging exercises will be discussed and demonstrated, which help keep the feet and toes healthy and pain-free.
NOTE: Undiagnosed foot problems may worsen with exercise. Dr. Rolle will provide one-on-one injury screenings and answer any corresponding questions attendees may have following the presentation.
