Come join Potomac River Running Burke every Monday night at 6:30 for a 30min Core Conditioning class. The class is great for those looking to develop a stronger core to assist their running, and those just looking to get back in shape. These time-based exercises are perfect for beginners and elite athletes alike so all abilities are welcome. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and a bottle of water..leave the rest to us!
