Join us on Sunday, September 23rd from 10a – 11a as we invite fitness coach Tom Kalka from Sergeant Fitness Concepts. Tom will lead us in a discuss on injury prevention. He will offer up tips and techniques to avoid injuries through strength training. Come in comfortable clothes to be ready to move and try out the things you learn!
