Join us on Saturday, December 15th from 9am – 9:45am at =PR= One Loudoun as we welcome meditation instructor, Nicole Moress, CPT. of N-Gage Fitness. Nicole will help to teach the group how to navigate through the stressors of life with meditation. She will lead you through a peaceful meditation that will include breath work and scanning the body. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and a meditation cushion if you’d like.
