|Run – Bike – Run| powered by CycleBar NoMa

Join Potomac River Running DC and CycleBar NoMa for a unique |Run – Bike – Run| event. Participants will meet at the =PR= DC F-street location for a 1.5 mile run to CycleBar Noma to enjoy a high-energy indoor cycling experience. After completing the ride, participants will run 1.5 miles back to =PR= DC for post-workout refreshments.

The run will leave the store at 1:00pm SHARP. The ride will be 50 minutes long. Distance cycled will be dependent on individual effort. Stats are provided during the ride to track performance and leaders. Shoes, water bottles, towels and bananas are provided, so there is no need to bring anything from the run to the ride.

This is a FREE event and spots are LIMITED. All participants MUST RSVP AT THE LINK BELOW to secure a bike at CycleBar NoMa.

• Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach – 14 years’ experience.
• Specialties – Weight Loss, Endurance Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Sport and Exercise Nutrition
