Sweat and Stretch: The Dailey Method Pop-Up Class

Join us on Saturday, October 20th from 9-10 AM for a Pop-Up class with The Dailey Method!  The class will consist of 30 minutes of Dailey Interval, a low impact cardio and core movement class. Followed by an effective myofascial release and stretch. Find more flexibility, and stronger, leaner muscles to enhance your runs!  If you’d like to join us, please RSVP below!
