Sweat and Stretch: The Dailey Method Pop-Up Class

Join us on Saturday, October 20th from 9-10 AM for a Pop-Up class with The Dailey Method! The class will consist of 30 minutes of Dailey Interval, a low impact cardio and core movement class.
