Understanding Your Footprint powered by Lansdowne Podiatry

January 26, 2019 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Join Potomac River Running Store =DC= and Dr. Monique Renee Muronda (Rolle) of Lansdowne Podiatry on Saturday, January 26, for a clinic devoted to understanding your footprint and the importance of proper footwear, whether the shoe of choice is for running or everyday life.

In reality, many people do not have normal feet with normal pronation that complete normal footsteps. Most people display an irregular foot pattern movement where more or perhaps less of the arch touches the ground than is standard. Instead of guessing at foot strike or digging through conflicting internet articles, Dr. Muronda will breakdown how your arch and foot motion works together to stabilize the body and joints. Understanding your own unique gait cycle makes finding the correct shoe and support system much easier and increases the likelihood of living an injury free lifestyle.
This will be an interactive session with the opportunity for questions and comments.

Seating is limited, so please RSVP early to guarantee entry.
