Yoga for Runners Workshop

Join us at PR Reston on Saturday, May 26 from 7-8 AM for a FREE Yoga for Runners workshop.  This workshop will focus on parts of the body that we as runners sometimes neglect! Namely this hamstrings, hips, core, and chest. This 60-minute session will take you through the traditional flow with poses and strength training components designed to make your next run your best! You only need to bring your mat, water, and positive energy!  Whether you’re new to Yoga or have some experience, all are welcome to join! Feel free to email yoga instructor Erin Oliver with any questions.

More about Erin: “After several years of do-it-yourself yoga at home, Erin was encouraged by a friend to take her first in-studio class in 2009. Transformed by this experience, she realized her at-home practice would benefit from more hands-on instruction and began to attend studio classes regularly. Erin still enjoys yoga at home, but finds her practice benefits greatly from the knowledge, perspective, and influence of an instructor. As a student maturing her own yoga practice, Erin explored a variety of classes in a number of different cities and studios. Once she discovered the upbeat and energetic style of heated Yoga Sculpt classes, she became motivated to transition from student to instructor in the spring of 2017. Erin is now a certified Yoga Sculpt instructor, passionate about sharing what she has learned (and has loved) with others.
