Yoga for Runners

Join us on 9/12 at 7:30 pm for a free yoga session led by Ingrid Aardahl from Balanced Yoga in Burke. Yoga is good for runners because it strengthens key supporting muscles used in running. This beginner-friendly class is free to attend and there is no RSVP necessary.  We hope you’ll join us!
