In 2012, Erin turned to yoga when she hung up her running gear due to injury . Thinking yoga would be an easier
substitution, her mind, body, and soul were quickly convinced otherwise. Yoga not only increased her flexibility and
strength, it gave her the proper mindset to enter back into running safely. Both highly meditative practices, combining
the two lifestyles was a no-brainer. Erin received her certification in 2015 and has masterfully created yoga sequences to
highly benefit runners. She is excited to bring her knowledge and love for yoga to you!
