Located only minutes from Downtown Leesburg, enjoy the scenic road while getting some good climbs and nice downhills too. Old Waterford Road is the perfect place to log miles and do hill workouts too. If you are looking to extend your run. check out Morven Park, Ida Lee, or the WO&D trail all just minutes from Old Waterford. Post-run, stop by one of the many coffee shops downtown.
Beaverdam Reservoir, Ashburn, VA

Get lost with a number of trails to explore at Lake Fairfax Park. Run, walk, and even bike the various miles offered at Lake Fairfax Park. Following your run or walk, grab a snack and enjoy it near the water or park it at one of the many picnic tables.

Flat, fast, and lots of fun! If you are looking to get outdoors but not ready for a strenuous hike then check out Burke Lake. Burke Lake is the perfect place to enjoy anytime of day and if you are lucky enough, you may even get to watch a high school cross country meet take place on your outing! Another great perk of the park is the exercise stations along the way. Fun fact: It’s one of =PR= Co-Owners Ray Pugsley’s favorite cross country courses to run!

Lake Accotink is the perfect place to bring the whole family. Select from a variety of trails ranging from easy to difficult. As you explore, be sure to listen and look around because nature is all around you. You never know what you might see or hear while you are out and about. Step away from the city life and enjoy a wide gravel and scenic run or walk on the C&O Canal Towpath. The towpath runs 184.5 miles from Georgetown in DC to Cumberland, MD. Finish your run in Georgetown and enjoy the many unique restaurants and shops.
