Online Store Purchases: Returns & Exchanges Policy

We aren’t satisfied until you are!

If you are unhappy with your order in any way, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and exchanges can be processed in any of our local retail store locations or via mail to the =PR= Warehouse.  If you have any questions or comments regarding our returns and exchanges policy for =PR= Online Store purchases please contact our Online Sales Manager.


EXCHANGES

In-store

  1. Locate your most convenient =PR= retail location
  2. What to bring:
    • Product(s) you would like to return along with original box and/or tags
    • Your order’s packing slip that came with your shipment or your order confirmation email
  3. Our knowledgeable staff will answer any questions you may have and help you find a better size or a great replacement product and complete the exchange at the register

RETURNS

In-store

  1. Locate your most convenient =PR= retail location
  2. What to bring:
    • Product(s) you would like to return along with original box and/or tags
    • Your order’s packing slip that came with your shipment or your order confirmation email
    • Original form of payment for credit
  3. Our helpful staff will process your return and assist you with any other questions or product needs you may have

EXCHANGES

Via Mail

  1. Contact the =PR= Online Sales Manager
  2. What to include in your email:
    • Your original order number
    • A list of the product(s) you would like to replace
    • A list of the product(s) you would like to exchange for (if you are unsure of what you would like to exchange for please note that in your email and the web sales manager will contact you directly with replacement options)
  3. The online sales manager will send you a prepaid USPS return label for the product to send back to =PR=
  4. Pack up your shipment with the original mailing materials or any appropriately sized box
  5. What to include in your package:
    • Product(s) you would like to exchange along with the original box and/or tags
    • Your order’s packing slip that came with your shipment or your order confirmation email
  6. Once the =PR= Warehouse receives the shipment we will process your exchange and ship out your replacement product(s)
  7. Any additional charges or refunds associated with the exchange will be processed within a few business days

RETURNS

Via Mail

  1. Contact the =PR= Online Sales Manager
  2. What to include in your email:
    • Your original order number
    • A list of the product(s) you would like to return
  3. The online sales manager will email you a prepaid USPS return label
  4. Pack up your return with the original mailing materials or any appropriately sized box
  5. What to include in your package:
    • Product(s) you would like to return along with the original box and/or tags
    • Your order’s packing slip that came with your shipment or your order confirmation email
  6. Drop the package at your most convenient USPS location
  7. Once the =PR= Warehouse receives the return your original form of payment will be credited within a few business days

**Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable**
